元日の夜。
ネットで調べてこちらのお店に。
カウンターだけの呑み屋さん。
店主がお一人でやってます。
地ビールを呑みながら酢牡蠣、原木椎茸ステーキ、地魚の刺身盛り、焼き魚などをいただきました。
椎茸はコリッとした良い食感。酢牡蠣は自家製のポン酢がかかっていてこのポン酢が美味かった。
刺身盛りはこの辺ではよく食べるらしいサメがありました。淡白な身で美味しかったです。
熱燗も呑み食べてると「さめたれ」という干物をサービスだったのかわからないが出してくれてこれが美味しい。
一人でやってらっしゃるので時間はのんびりですが勘定も安いですし良いお店ですね。
