伊勢にあるピッツァ屋さん。
大通りに面しているが、店前は商店街駐車場となっている。
そこに駐車して訪問した。
中はカウンター4席、テーブルは2名掛けで6卓だろうか？
ピッツァ窯が見える。
このお店、イタリアンだが基本ピッツァが売り。
パスタはあるが1種類だけという徹底ぶりだ。
ピッツァにはサラダとプチ前菜がつくようだ。
今回はマルゲリータとビスマルクをオーダーすることにした。
まず提供されたのはサラダとプチ前菜がセットとなったプレート。
店員さんが丁寧に説明してくれる。
サラダにはイタリアンドレッシング。
酸味が心地よく、シャキシャキと野菜を頂く。
プチ前菜は真鯛のカルパッチョ。
かけられているバジルソースの風味が良い。
なかなか良いプレートだった。
〇マルゲリータ（1250円）
具材はトマトソース、バジル、モッツァレラ。
耳はパリッとして焦げ目がある。
薪窯の風味が良い。
生地は程よい塩加減でモチっとした食感がとても良い。
そしてトマトソース。
このトマトソースには旨味があって、ピザ生地とよくあう。
バジルもなかなか風味が良い。
このマルゲリータはかなりレベルが高いと感じた。
〇ビスマルク（1650円）
ハム、マッシュルーム、タマゴ、バジル、モッツァレラのピッツァ。
こちらも生地がやはり美味しい。
のせられている半熟過ぎないタマゴがソース、
ハムとモッツァレラが味わいを、
バジルは少なめだが時たま風味を豊かにしてくれる。
薪釜で焼かれた生地がとっても美味しい。
前菜でも感じたがバジル風味をうまく活かしている。
トマトソースにもこだわりがあるのだろう。
とっても旨味があって気に入った。
伊勢でピッツァとはあまり考えていなかったが、いいお店を見つけることができた。
