On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, Wine Shop Sainai YUNIWA will open on the first floor of Ise Utsukushikuni Brewery. Here, you can purchase not only original wines made at the attached winery, Ise Utsukushikuni Brewery, but also homemade hors d'oeuvres supervised by an in-house sommelier that are designed to go well with wine. Various tastings (for a fee) are also available in the store. At our restaurant, we use pasta made from 100% Marche wheat grown in-house by Mancini, which is used by chefs at many star-rated Restaurants in Italy. The rich flavor of carefully selected wheat, the taste and aroma of wheat that spreads as soon as you put it in your mouth, and the rich texture that makes it satisfying to eat, will enhance the ``sauce that brings out the flavor of the ingredients'' created by the chef. Lobster cream sauce, Ise meat ragu sauce, etc...A wonderful dinner with pasta and wine!
ServiceGeneral Manager/JSA Certified Sommelier Kaito Fujiwara
Born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1992. After working as a hall manager and wine school instructor at a long-established Italian Cuisine in Ashiya City, he joined the popular one-Michelin-starred Japanese-style meal restaurant "Ono" in Kitashinchi, Osaka, where he worked as a sommelier. In the fall of 2022, he moved to Ise and became the manager of our store. Currently, he is in charge of the 2nd restaurant as the general manager of the Wine Bar "YUNIWA" on the first floor of the "Ise Bishi Kokuni Brewery" facility. With a soft tone and polite customer service, we will create a good time for our customers.
