ツレが志摩スペイン村へ行くので宿泊を伊勢市にしたところ、食事場所が余り無く困った・・と思ったところ美味しいお店の巡り会えました。
開店と同時に入店、カウンターだけのお店。
まずは真珠貝の刺身、ホタテのようにねっとりしていなく旨い。
伊勢ポークのハムカツ、これはものすごい厚みでハムの領域を超えた旨さ。
最後に伊勢うどんを注文、小さ目の器できたうどんは柔らかくタレは少な目で色が濃かったですが実際食べてみると丁度いい味。
お店の数が少ないので予約した方が良いです。
