志摩観光ホテルベイスイートに宿泊して、朝食は和洋どちらかを選ぶ形式。
昨晩はラメールクラシックにて重厚感のあるフレンチをいただいたので、朝は和食を選択。
和食は沢山の一口ずつの料理と、ご飯に合うご飯の友たちと、とても満足のいく内容だった。
まず、粥や米が何種類からか選べるスタイル。
それぞれ特色あり、メンバー4人でそれぞれ違うものを選んだ。
粥が2種類と米が2種類。
それぞれ、おひつやら、土鍋やらに沢山のお替りが充分できるほどの量を置いてくれて、最終的に茶碗に4種類全てのご飯類のさまざまな味わいを楽しみ尽くしてしまった。
太ってはいけない53歳という年齢にして、ご飯類のあまりの美味しさに我を忘れてあれもこれもお替りしてしまい、おバカなことに8杯の朝ごはんを嬉しそうに平らげてしまった。
結局、さらに手をつけようとしていたらメンバーから
「さすがに、食べすぎでしょー?」と指摘を受け我に返る始末。
なんで注意されたかわからず、「出されたものは食べなきゃーならんでしょ?」とか食べ過ぎて健康を害しますよと言ってくれた発言者とは全く違う角度から言い訳を言ってしまうありさま。
確かにこの吸収の良いご馳走を食べすぎて、腹の周りに着いた脂肪をなんとか元に戻すには約1週間かかってしまった。
制限一食、減量一週。
新たな標語の誕生により、間違えた行動も必ず結果をもたらす方に動いた自分を褒めてやりたくなった。
