I read Toyoko Yamazaki's novel and admired this Restaurants. Moreover, it is the venue for the summit. My wish came true and I was able to come for lunch. Although it is an old hotel, you can feel the formal history. The course of the blessings of the sea and the earth starts at a seat overlooking the spectacular view of Ago Bay. The amuse roast beef is a small amount, but it is delicious. The appetizer is like a jewel in the spiny lobster jelly. The cream soup of spiny lobster has a delicate description even in the novel, and it's what I'm looking for this time.It's baked in the oven, so it's piping hot.The flavor is more concentrated than the bisque soup.It goes well with baguette 's a fish dish. Ise lobster has a plump body, but goes well with saffron rice, which is difficult to eat. The main course was a rare grilled Japanese black beef Steak soft and melting meat was a blissful moment.Dessert was a mandarin orange cheese soufflé and marble ice cream.Assorted baked goods.Enjoyed the elegant sweetness.It was the best memory of my trip.
