三重遠征2日目。
横山展望台で英虞湾を一望した後、賢島へ移動。
ランチの予約時間までこちら中義水産で朝飲み٩(ˊᗜˋ*)وｨｪｰｨ♬*゜
セクハラになりそうなエプロンをつけた、楽しんごの親戚の方ですか？といった感じの店主から勧められた三種盛合せを注文。
まず鉄板にイカ様を載せてくれますが、その後は放置の模様(;^ω^)
「ある程度火が通ればいいですかね？」
「そうだね、硬くなっちゃうからね」
聞いてよかった笑
次にアッパ貝を載せてくれたのですかさず
「どのくらい焼けばいいですかね？」
「サッとでいいよ」
言われた通りにサッと焼いて頂くとこれが美味い♪
後で調べたら学術名はヒオウギ貝というらしいのですが、焼いた時に貝が開いたり閉じたりを繰り返すことからアッパ貝というらしいです。
う～ん、そうだったかなぁ？(;^ω^)
大あさりもサッと焼いて美味し。
お店の中にいたのは野良猫ですかね？
ご飯欲しさにずっとウロウロしてました笑
