ここは三重の志摩にある海鮮屋さん。
TVによく出てた現役の海女さんが採れたての魚介類を提供してくれる面白いお店(≧∀≦)
て事で旅行がてらチャレンジしてみた〜
店は海水浴の近隣に存在し、ここの駐車場にはシャワーの貸し出しがあるから夏は海水浴客が来るんやろうなぁ。
店内は海の家ぽい感じで夏は海鮮バーベキュー出来るぽい。
メニューは海鮮丼等、存在してるけど今回は5000円の伊勢海老コースにて頼んでみた。
焼き魚、煮魚、どれを取っても新鮮なんやろうな…
がしかし、どれを取っても熱いものが熱くない…
特に郷土料理のテコネ寿司はシャリがゴワゴワの甘々…
味噌汁は何とヤドカリの出汁で取った味噌汁で生臭く飲めなかったやん
素材はいいからちゃんと作れる料理人雇って欲しいと切に願う(TT)
とはいえ伊勢海老の刺身は美味かったなぁ〜
