伊勢志摩地方を代表するブランド牡蠣の本家。予約をしようとしたところ、一杯であったため、予約なしで臨店。
10時開店のところ、確実に入店したかったため、9時に行ったら、待ちのための名前を書く記帳台が準備されていなかった。当然、先頭で名前を書いたが30分前くらいから続々と客が来て開店時は8組待ち。
牡蠣テラス御膳と牡蠣づくし定食
定食は5000円前後する。値段の違いは出てくる料理の量の差異。
生カキ、調理したグラタン風や蒸し、フライ、炊き込みが楽しめる。
牡蠣はどれも大粒でクリーミーな味わい。
確かに美味しい。人気店なのも納得。このレベルの牡蠣はなかなか無さそう。
的屋牡蠣というのは、ググったところ、このお店を経営する会社が特許を取っている当たらない牡蠣だとのこと。
同じ伊勢志摩地方のブランド浦村牡蠣よりも大粒で、しかも安全。
コスパを考えなければ一級品の牡蠣でした。
