静かなお部屋で綺麗な景色を眺めながらゆっくりお食事出来ました
名張市葛尾の『和の庄 平井亭』さんデス。
初めての訪問です。話には聞いていて一度は伺いたいと思っていました。やっと実現しました(^^)
大雨の予想を裏切って青空も見える嬉しいお天気になりました...
今回2回目の訪問でした。
知る人ぞ知るという雰囲気の、山間にある川沿いの料亭です。
前回は冬だったので川魚もカメも見ることができませんでしたが、
先日はしっかりと川魚やカメ、巨大なカエル...
時間を楽しむというのに最適。
食の素材と風景を楽しむ、といった感じでしょうか。
重厚で、一流の職人という感じではありませんが、
人、旬、素材を時間を忘れて満喫する。
