Speaking of Cow tongue in Sendai, it's Kakusan. This is my first time at the main branch of Plan Dome. This time I had something light. The dinner menu was stewed pork belly, grilled beef tongue (4 slices), and beef tongue tataki (half). *Only available in the evening. The tataki was soft and delicious. The grilled and tataki are must-try dishes. I'd like to go again.
