2年間仙台に住んでました。2年半ぶりの仙台。本当は山形の出張が入り、無理やり仙台に宿泊です。
仙台のグルメと言えば、牛タン、牡蠣、キンキ、金華鯖終わりはない。
今日はまずは雲丹を食す。こんな濃厚なウニはあるのかという美味さ。海の香りも深い。
次に岩牡蠣。デカい。クリミー。
そして、白子の天ぷら。トロトロ。塩で食すと美味い。
そして、きんき。高いから半身で。ノドグロが一番と思っていたが覆した。食べ終わったら、骨や皮を炙ってくれてスープにしてくれる。
最後に笹かま。多分人生上一位の笹かま。自分では出せない囲炉裏の力。
最後に大将に勧められ、ワサビアイス。
全てが完璧。
そして、コロナ禍で通ったお店だけに、頑張り続けてくれて嬉しかった。大将も中居さんも、焼きも体に気をつけて頑張ってください。必ずまた来ます。
