仙台に来たら、やっぱり牛タン食べないで
帰るわけにはいかないでしょう(笑)
というわけで仙台駅の利久に来ました。
11時過ぎに行ったので、3組待ちくらいですぐに
席に案内されました。
帰りの運転があるので、残念ながら酒はNG。
その代わり普通の牛タンよりランクアップした
極みをいただきます。なお私、プチ糖質オフを
実施しているので、定食ではなく単品です。
妻は普通の牛タンにとろろ付の定食をオーダー。
外国人の店員さんだったからか、オーダーミス
られて普通の牛タン定食になってましたが(笑)
さて、サーブされた牛タン極みですが、普通の
牛タン定食と比較すると厚みが違う。
これは単品でも充分満足できそうなボリューム。
実食してびっくり！この厚さの牛タンなのに
めちゃくちゃ柔らけぇぇぇ！
そしてうめぇぇぇ…。単品3400円は伊達じゃない。
仙台牛タンといえば、白菜漬みたいな奴と
青唐辛子みたいな薬味？がついてることが
多いと思いますが、牛タン自体に下味がついて
いるので、充分に美味しいです。
ご飯が無いと、むしろ塩分過多気味(笑)
美味しくてあっという間に完食してしまいました。
やはり利久は外しませんね！
帰る頃には大行列になっていましたので、
オープン直後とか時間をずらして行ったほうが
すんなり入れそうですね。
