新幹線の待ち時間に立寄り酒肴に鮑、冷酒乾伸一、墨廼江を軽く戴く。
お目当てのふかひれ姿にぎりを一貫戴き〆。
駅直結の飲食店ゾーンにあるので便利です。

仙台駅の飲食店ゾーンの寿司屋通りにあり場所柄、
電車待ちのお客で賑わっています。
実際、私の利用用途も同じですが・・・。
こちらの店長は数年前に全国鮨選手権での優勝経験
もあります。
（お店の中央部にその時のゼッケンのディスプレーあり。）
お薦めはお店の看板メニューの元祖ふかひれ姿握り
一貫600円とふかひれ軍艦一貫500円です。
ふかひれ姿握りはチキンエキスでじっくり煮込まれて
おり歯ざわりも良く、ふかひれ軍艦は甘酸っぱく味付けられたふかひれが海苔とシャリと上手くマッチしています。一食の価値あり。
他には宮城県沖で獲れたメカトロ握りが旨いです。
お店のもうひとつの看板メニュー元祖 秋刀魚の棒鮨は
全国でもいち早くメニュー化され当初は珍しかったものの
今や全国いたるところで食する事ができますし駅弁、空弁でもそれなりに旨い物もありますのでお好みで。
店内では一貫100円で戴けます。
酒類（日本酒）の常置銘柄も比較的豊富にあり、
ついつい長居してしまい電車の時間を忘れそうに
なってしまいます。
