仙台へ来て、食べ損なった観光客をつかむような
「牛たん通り」と「寿司通り」が一緒になった施設
仙台駅ビル３階にあります。
かなり前にバンドの追っかけをしてる時、１回 食べに入った気も…
その時はたしか立ち食い寿司に入ったと思います。
寿司店だけで４店舗ぐらいあります。
１３年前 東北の震災の時、どこの寿司店もご苦労されたと思いますけど、
あさひ鮨は「気仙沼」と表記されていたので。大変だったところですよね。
東北がんばろう！ってことで、他のお店には申しわけないけど このお店に決めました。
気仙沼の本店のほうは、１９６７年創業だそうです。
気仙沼といえば有名なのは フカヒレ
あさひ鮨は、フカヒレを寿司で出した元祖だそうです。
ふかひれでも３つ 寿司あって
ふかひれ寿し姿 元祖ふかひれ寿司 ふかひれ寿し煮こごり
元祖ふかひれ寿司は軍艦スタイル、それを含む お店自慢の「龍舞」
にぎりセットは、三陸産のオンパレード ウニも地のもの
握る直前 炙って旨みを引き出しふっくら仕上げた穴子も三陸産
欲をいえば おなじく地のアワビも食べたかったですね。
お米も宮城県産のササニシキ
２種類の醸造酢をブレンド と お店パンフに説明ありました。
ネタにはとても満足ながら、セットに付くお椀
ワカメのすまし汁だったのは想定外 ちょっと残念
ちょっとだけでも魚のアラなんか入っていたら 個人の見解です。
大将や職人さん 女性店員さんの対応は良かったです。
