気仙沼の人気店「あさひ鮨」の仙台駅店。
本店は何度か訪問した事がありますが、仙台駅店は初めて利用します。
すし通りの中では空いている方ですかね。
平日はお得なランチメニューあり。
にぎりは上から超特上、龍舞、まぐろづくし、亀山、巨釜。
丼物は豪華な三陸海鮮丼、いくら丼、鉄火丼、潮騒。
ふかひれ推しというのが気仙沼らしいと思います。
ふかひれ寿し姿、元祖ふかひれ寿し、ふかひれ寿し煮凝り。
ちなみに「ふかひれ姿煮」は6,000円。
にぎり9貫の亀山に元祖ふかひれ寿し1貫プラス。
・亀山（9貫）＋元祖ふかひれ寿し
全10貫にお椀付き。
比較的小ぶりで上品なにぎりです。
シャリに使われている米が福島県の主力米とは違うので拍子抜けというか、違和感がありますね。
ふかひれ寿しは他店ではあまり馴染みがないので一食の価値ありでしょうね。
まあ、フカヒレというのはそれ自体には味も香りもないですから。
小気味好い食感を堪能するというのが持ち味になりますか。
