I revisited the pizzeria that impressed me nearly 20 years ago in Sendai. At that time, I went to eat a lot of Sushi in Kokubuncho and Shiogama, but this was the most delicious and impressive restaurant in Sendai, and it was the one that inspired me to start touring pizzerias in Tokyo and Yokohama. First, I ordered an assortment of cheese before the pizza was baked. The gorgonzola is a mild cheese with an accent of blue mold, making it the best gorgonzola I've ever eaten! (I wanted to buy it personally, so when I asked where the cheese came from, I was told that it was imported from Italy.) Both the ricotta cheese and Other cheeses are so delicious that I'm sure they have their own specialties. The pizza and margherita are consistently delicious, and the deliciousness of the dough that makes you drink just by listening to it remains the same. The special that my companion recommended to me from my husband had a great taste of arugula and ham, and it was so delicious that I would regret not ordering it again. The same owner back then is older, but the taste remains the same. I want you to continue to do your best in the future. I will definitely go eat there again!
