出張最終日にいつもランチは牛タンなので、今回はこちらに伺いました。かなり食べログで評価が高く何度か食べようとチャレンジしたのですが、いつも並んでいて諦めていました。今日はちょっと早いお昼だったので、並ばずに入ることができました。
こちらの牛タンの特徴としては、表面が少し焦げる位に焼きながらも、中はじわっと肉汁が溢れる感じの液です。また一つ一つの牛タンが大きく歯ごたえがありながら柔らかいと言った特徴があります。焦げ目が香ばしくとても美味しくいただけました。
テールスープも絶品でそれなりに値段はするのですが、ボリュームも大満足の逸品です。また伺いたいと思います。
