The owner and chef who trained in France 30 years ago stands in the kitchen of the meat Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). We started our shop 20 years ago with the hope that local people could enjoy truly delicious meat because we know the charm of the ingredients better than anyone else. All of the ingredients purchased from trusted butchers are fresh and of high quality. We aim to be a store where you can easily use such carefully selected ingredients on a daily basis. The authentic lunches prepared by the owner, who was trained in French cuisine cooking, are popular. The ingredients are the same as for dinner, including Sendai beef, germ-free pork, and brand-name chicken. Curry, a hidden specialty, is made by turning seasonal vegetables and fruits into a paste and simmering them for several days. You can enjoy a full-bodied dish full of spices, which was handed down directly from an Indian chef. There are many regular customers as everything can be enjoyed for less than 1,000 yen. Please feel free to stop by during lunch time.
