2019年の6月の週末におひとりさまで。
今日のランチは迷いに迷って、仙台づけ丼にしようと決定。
さて、お店はどうしようかな？
一番近くにあった『与五郎寿司本店』さんに決めた。
未だにお寿司屋さんに入るのは緊張する
怪しくまわりをウロウロしてからのぉ〜、おひとりさまですよぉ〜と入店。
カウンターに着席、しかも職人さんの目の前。
時間は12時ちょっと前。
先客はカウンターに2名とテーブル席に４名。
メニューは一応拝見して、仙台づけ丼を注文。
ネタケースの中のネタを見ながらの、職人さんの動きを見ながらの、
5分ぐらいで、ご提供。
見事な見栄えですなぁ〜、キレイですなぁ〜☺️
レンゲでいただきます。
まず、タネをひとつひとついただいていきます。
マグロの赤身と白身にイカとタコとホタテに小粒のイクラちゃん。
どれもいい塩梅のづけ加減。
おいすぃ〜、なにも言うことなしのタネでした。
ご飯と一緒に食べても、そりゃいい感じ。
自分にはちょうど良い味付け、ってことはちょい濃いめかな。
ご飯にもタレが染み込んでて、うまし。
いまのところ、仙台づけ丼GP上位確定
そのほか、茶碗蒸しと香物と汁物付き。
周りのお客さんも、丼物が多いみたいだね。
サービスランチとか海鮮丼が多いみたいだね。
もちろん、づけ丼もね。
