今回のメインはすき焼きですが、冷しゃぶも気になり単品オーダー。
特すき焼膳(￥1,700)
すき焼膳のお肉増量バージョン。
期間限定で生たまごがサービスされました。
小鉢、ごはん、なめこ汁、おしんこがセットになっています。
すき焼きは味がしっかりしみ込んでいて美味しい！
ご飯が足りないくらいでした(^^;
仙台牛冷しゃぶ(単品)
見た目も鮮やかな冷しゃぶプレートです。
添えられた蒟蒻やトマトと大根おろしのサラダのような和え物もとても美味しい！
料理人の素晴らしい腕が窺がえる粋な一皿です。
