「るーぷる仙台」は仙台市内の観光スポットを循環する観光バス。仙台駅前から15か所あるバス停を約70分で循環します。
時間があるとフラッとのってしまう私です。レトロな雰囲気のバスは何種類かありまして
政宗公の兜の前立をあしらっているこの車体が一番カッコいいかも。
一日乗車券は630円、私は一回乗車260円で街めぐりを愉しみます。
空いていれば一番前の席へ。青葉通りを進みます。広瀬川にかかる橋を4か所渡るので、車窓からいろいろな川の景色がたのしめます。(メインともいえる青葉城址は、先の地震の被害で迂回となっています。)
おなかも空いてきたので、今回は「メディアテーク前」で下車。
せんだいメディアテークは、図書館・ギャラリー・イベントスペースが集まった複合文化施設。全面ガラス張りの建物は建築家・伊東豊雄さんの代表作なのだそう。
1Fにあるのが「クレプスキュールカフェ」
苺とクリームチーズのフレンチトースト(ハーフサイズ)を。
カジュアルな雰囲気なカフェ。
ランチもいただけます。
