平日の13時すぎにお邪魔しました。
仙台で牛タンを食べるなら利久さん！！
いつもは本町店なんですが、リニューアル中でしたので初めて西口店に行って来ました。
ビルの5階？6階にあるので窓からは明るい日差しが入っていました。
店内は席が沢山ありランチピークを過ぎたのか窓際以外は空いておりました。
この日のメニューは事前に決めており牛タン定食と牛タン極定食のそれぞれ2枚4切ご飯少なめ。
とろろを１つオーダー。
割とすぐに小鉢・とろろ・テールスープ・ご飯が到着。
写真を撮り終わった頃に、牛タンと牛タン極の登場。
美味しそう！！
さぁ、冷めないうちにいただきます！！
まずは牛タンから柔らかいのにサクとした食感噛んだのと同時に脂、旨味がじゅわーーーっ！！

プレーンの牛タンでこんなに美味しいのに牛タン極は・・・
飛び上がるほどの美味しさでした！
厚さがある分、歯応えありますが柔らかく肉汁溢れるジューシーでした。
牛タンは冷めると硬くなってしまうので早めに食べることがオススメです。
テールスープは胡椒ドバドバかけた方が美味しい。
私はネギが邪魔に感じるので先に食べちゃいます。
そして激アツなので覚ます間に牛タンを堪能していると丁度いい温度に、テールの旨味が出てるスープは口の中の脂をスッキリさせてくれます。
食後のデザートにはずんだ大福を頂きました。
もう満腹。
やっぱり仙台で食べる牛タンは最高でした！
