仙台市国分町にホテルを予約してあるのでそちらにチェックイン後にお部屋でスマホを見ながら食べログさんフル活用で二人で検索。日曜日はお休みしているところが多いなかワードに国分町 日曜日営業 郷土料理と検索するとヒット。電話してみると大丈夫ですよと迎えていただいたのが郷土酒亭元祖炉ばたさん。
ホテルからほど近くにあり迷わず到着。
店内に入ると店員のお姉さんからご予約ですかと聞かれ名前を出すと席に通されました。目の前には畳敷きの店員さんの注文伺いに動き回るスペースがありそれを囲むようにコの字のカウンターとなってます。
とりあえずのビールは瓶ビールのみで銘柄はアサヒ、サッポロ、キリン、サントリーとありましたのでキリンをチョイス。グラスを二ついただき乾杯。
先付けに本日のお膳として日替わりで三種類のお料理ご提供されます。本日は豚肉と茄子の炊き合わせ、仙台の芋煮、お刺身三種。お刺身がおいしい。
メニューを見ると宮城県の郷土料理なのかなと思っていましたが東北各県の料理が取り揃えてあり日本酒は仙台のお酒天賞。他に焼酎など色々楽しめそうです。
注文の品は記憶が途切れるまでのものになっておりますので悪しからず。(順不同)

どれをいただいても美味しかったです。
近況と思い出話に花が咲きあっという間の二時間。(日曜日は込み合うので２時間でと最初にお願いされました)
お燗を頼むと目の前で古いお燗器？につけてくれるのを見てそれをいただくと美味しさも格別。
少々飲み過ぎたところもありましたがかけがえのない時間を過ごすことができました。
とても雰囲気のある空間。後で解ったのですがこちらのお店が炉ばた焼き発祥のお店なんだとか。
そう言われると年期を感じました。
美味しかったです。また来年も機会があれば来てみたいなと思います。
