こちら、夜のシメでの利用、平日夜お伺いしたところ、10分程度お待ちして入店できております。中に入ると席は14、まぜそば、つけ麺で人気のラーメン店です。
こちらでは「トロ肉つけ麺」を頼んでおります。
そのつけ麺、まずは「トロ」ついているお肉が、周りパリパリになるほど焼きあがっていて、中身は大変やわらかく、こちらが本当に美味しい！麺もモチモチで、なかなかのお味なのですが、スープが少し薄味と感じました。沢山盛られている魚粉を混ぜ合わせると、ようやく味がつくような印象。それでもやや薄味かも。
次回は、一番人気のようなまぜそばを試してみたいと思います！ごちそうさまでした！
