仙台に来たので今夜は久しぶりに仙台名物の牛タンを食べに訪問。
店内は混んでいましたが、平日なのですぐに入店出来ました。
観光客より地元の人が多い雰囲気でした。
このお店は初、訪問なので定番の牛タン定食を注文。
定番にカットされた牛タンは炭火焼の香りがほんのりし、柔らかくジューシーで塩加減も絶妙でとても食べやすい、これぞ仙台の牛タン焼きって感じです。
次回は熟成牛タンを食べてみたいと思います。
