仙台駅東口から徒歩3分のところにある牛タン屋さん「牛タン焼専門店 司 東口ダイワロイネットホテル店」さんへ行ってきました。
と言うのは、このお店は仙台出身でトリノ五輪で金メダルを獲得した「荒川静香」さんの勝負飯として、元AKB48宮城県代表(現在は東北放送アナウンサー)のあかりんこと佐藤朱さんが紹介したお店なんです。
場所は、仙台駅東口を出て、ロッテリアのところを東七番丁通りを右折してすぐのところにあるダイワロイネットホテル仙台の1Fにあります。
ランチタイムだったので、並ぶかなと思ったらなんとか入れました。
いただいたのは、
⭐️牛タン定食 4枚8切れ 2,904円
とろろ 363円
牛タン焼にテールスープと麦めしの組み合わせ。
厚切りの熟成牛タンを味わう定番のスタイルがこの定食。
牛タンはオーストラリア産最高級牛タンを使用。
切り分けた牛タンには、「キッパ」と呼ばれる切れ目を入れて、焼き塩＆スパイスで味付けをして3日ほど熟成させたものを炭火でじっくり焼き上げているそうです。
牛タンは結構厚みががあり食べ応えがあります。
外はカリカリ、中がジューシー、旨味たっぷり詰まった牛タンです。
ご飯は、宮城県登米産のひとめぼれに栃木県足利産の二条大麦を加え炊いていて、とろろをかけていただきました。
牛タンとの相性もよく美味しかったです。
テールスープもコクがあっていいですね。
さすが、荒川静香さんの金メダルの礎を築いた勝負飯、美味しかったです。
また、あかりんのミライモンスターの色紙もまだ飾ってあってよかったです。
