久しぶりの外食で仙台戦災復興記念館向いの「土井親方のこだわり料理 縁」に行って来ました、
お通し2種/ジャガイモ/蛍烏賊酢
お刺身の盛り合わせ/和食の華ですね！
野菜のサラダ/絶品野菜が甘く美味しいー久しぶりのセロリベースが懐かしい！
海鞘の塩辛/
天然ぶりの汐焼き/流石にひとあじ違うぶりです
出汁巻き玉子/懐かしい今じゃ居酒屋スタンダードですがだし巻きと玉焼きは違う！
豚の角煮/やはりトロトロの角煮は親方の味が一番です
原木椎茸焼き/懐かしい肉厚！味が濃い。
〆に親方手打ち蕎麦/流石親方の手打ち！美味いわ〜あれれかなり細くなりましたね〜お酒の後の蕎麦には丁度良いですね。
お酒は無難に焼酎お湯割りとロック〜2杯で酔った〜
