I have never been to Kanazawa, but last year I went to Komatsu and was able to stop by Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where I was able to enjoy some delicious food and sake. So, this evening, I had a drink at "Kaga no Ya". ○ Five types of Kanazawa Oden (Kurafu, radish, Hakusan tofu, Kaga lotus root, Akamaki) ○ Kanazawa Oden (baigai) ○ Heshiko ○ Grilled Nodoguro ○ Kobako crab Alcohol ○ Draft beer ○ Today's local sake Glasses? ○Tedori River Freshly squeezed pure rice unprocessed sake ○Tengu Mai Yamahai Junmai ○〆Haritsuru Freshly squeezed raw unprocessed sake ○〆Haritsuru Daiginjo Kin Label This is another great hit at a good shop❗ The oden soup is super delicious. In particular, the ``baigai'' that I requested as an additional item had a strong liver and was exquisite.``Heshiko'' was a great drink, so I ended up drinking too much sake (lol).``Nodoguro'' was also a big hit, as I was lucky enough to purchase a large one that day. The "Kobako Gani" was made with crab vinegar squeezed from sudachi, and the taste of the meat and roe was wonderful. I was able to enjoy a blissful moment tonight as well. Next time, I would like to try the Echizen Crab Course before the fishing season ends. Thank you for the meal.
