お寿司が食べたい。カウンターで大人食いしたい、というわけで食べログで店を検索するも、我が家のチョイ飲み価格は仕上がりで5千円程度。店が見つからない。超壱萬円じゃないと寿司は食えない？！
検索すること十数分、敬愛するまなちん様が唯一レビューしているリーズナブルな寿司屋があった。国分町のランドマーク・凱旋門ビルの隣りにあったぞ～。その名はしゃりきゅう。知る人ぞ知る名店byまなちん。さっそく予約の電話を入れた。
【飲んだもの】
●上喜元（酒田）の燗酒 1本
初手から燗酒をお願いした。上喜元は大好きな東北の地酒、迷わずファーストチョイス。やっぱり良いなと楽しんだ後、次の手を考えていたら親方から九頭竜を推す声が・・・。
●九頭龍の大吟醸or吟醸酒の燗酒 1本
九頭龍に燗適酒があったんだ。日本酒に造詣が深いお人と親方をリスペクト。過ぎたるは及ばざるが如く、熱過ぎたのは残念！！吟醸香が飛んじゃったでしょ。吟醸酒を燗して飲む人が少ないためか？
【食べたもの】
●北寄貝のマヨネーズ和え（お通し）
●金華サバの〆鯖
相方が愛する金華サバ、〆鯖はあれば必ず注文する。大ぶりに切られた身を醤油につけると液面に脂がパ～っと広がった。親方は醤油？ねぎを薬味にする食べ方を推奨する。試してみたが、これも良い。
●松島湾穴子白焼き
穴子白焼きはタレで出された。このタレが想像を絶する美味さ。添えられた極細のきゅうり？にタレをつけて食べた。食感と味覚の両方で大満足。
●特上握り寿司
次はお寿司の番。目前のショウケースのネタを「ここからここまで」と大人食いしようと意気込んだが、いざとなったら後が怖くなり、姑息にも特上の盛り合わせをお願いした。鮑、鮪トロ、イクラ、ウニ、鮃、穴子、イカ、ボタン海老、裏巻きが2本、そして、自家製玉子焼き。非常にリーズナブル。ほんと得した気分、大人食いしなくてよかった。しゃりが好みと言うと相方が何度も頷いた。
●手巻き寿司3本
カウンター内を東へ西へ（右へ左へ）奔走する親方。寿司を握りながら、予約を受けながら、厨房に指示しながら、超多忙でもお客と笑談する。隣りの客が「なみだ巻って何すか」と質問すると、「わさび菜の手巻きですよ。お客さんに聞いてもらいたくてメニューにしました」と答えた。ここに客を大切にする親方の気概を感じた。
