初めての来店。
スープやつけ麺などで、麺の種類が違うんです。
極太麺、太麺で悩みますが、太麺の海老味噌HOTという辛味のものをチョイスしました。
小さいビールでラーメンを待つと程なくして来ました。
ベースの海老スープを山形辛味噌っぽくした感じです。ニンニクと辛味が立っています。
ストレートの太麺とスープの風味が合います。
ご馳走様でした。
