締めに頂いたラーメン。
まずは生と海老餃子で一杯やってから、締めのラーメンを頂きました。
一杯に約60匹以上の海老を使用との事でしたが、それほど強く海老という感じではありませんでした。濃厚なスープではありましたが、もっと海老感ガッツリかという期待でした。
