海老が4本の天丼ランチ750円‼プチ割烹気分~~♬の巻
場所が場所なだけになかなかふらふらと低空飛行禁止地区ですが、
小料理風の天ひろさんへ初訪問着陸ぅ。
カウンターだけの店内は小料理屋風(プチ割烹)の居酒屋さん。
刺身と天ぷらが看板メニューのようで、夜の晩酌セット1800円
など結構美味しい時間を頂けそうです。
シニアな大将がお一人。
13時を回って誰もゲストはいませんでした・・・贅沢!(笑)
看板メニューの「天丼セット」をオーダー。
注文後に大きめなエビちゃんを4本、かき揚げを揚げてくれます。
その他に小鉢と漬物、みそ汁・・・全部手作り・・・嬉しいぉ。
先ずはみそ汁・・・これ美味しい~!
久々に技ありのみそ汁、これが旨いとめしも美味いのだ(笑)
エビちゃんは4本も入っており、熱々ホクホク!
かき揚げもあっさりめでなかなかな味。
たれは若干甘めですが、しつこ過ぎずにまずまずOK。
全てが手作りでオーダー後の速攻調理なんで、なんて美味しいの
かな~。贅沢なランチでしたぉ。
※トム食事中、寡黙に大将さんは「かわはぎ」の仕込み中!
見事な包丁さばきは実に丁寧・・・美味しそ~♪(笑)
これで750円・・・価値×2あるランチ。ごちそうさまでした。

It seems that the number of ramen shops going bankrupt and going out of business is increasing. The reality is that they cannot pass on the rising cost of fuel and raw materials, and the increase in labor costs to the price. Or the 1,000 yen ramen wall... that's another reason. It's tough, the restaurant business. Now, I went to Tenhiro for the first time in 7 years since 2017. At that time, the Tenhiro bowl was 680 yen and the shrimp Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) was 750 yen, but now it's 850 yen and 980 yen. It can't be helped in this day and age. I understand. The restaurant is an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that mainly serves food at night. There are only counter seats, so I guess many regulars gather at night. ●Tenhiro bowl order This is a typical tempura bowl with Ten-don (tempura rice bowl). 1 shrimp, sillago, shiso leaf, broccoli, mini tempura, Maitake mushroom? The tempura sauce (sauce) is a little sweet and thick. The chef pours a little more than the usual amount, so there's a lot of sauce left at the bottom of the bowl (lol). But if you think of it as an original Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) from a veteran Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), it's delicious. Miso soup, pickles, and an apple are included. I'm grateful for the 680 yen price. At 850 yen, it feels a little ordinary, just like the average tom. Thank you for the meal. *It can't be helped since it's mainly a nighttime place, but it would be better if the restaurant was a little brighter (more illuminated) during the day.
