宮城県の食材を使った料理、地酒が楽しめるお店です。
友人と週末の夜に利用。
3週間前の電話で、既にカウンターしか空きがないとのこと。
友人の希望で牛タンを注文。タン元に近いようで、ヒレに近い味わい。有名店より断然美味しいです。
続いて仙台名物のセリ鍋。セリがカモの出汁を吸ってとても美味しい。
もちろんカモも美味しいです。
さらに金華さばの焼き鯖を注文。とても脂がのっていますが、炭火で焼かれて、余計な脂が落ちて、旨味だけが残っています。
お酒も宮城県の地酒が充実。
大将が、客の前で店員さんを怒るのが難点か。
