It's close to Sendai Station, and there are many Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but this is my first visit to an original "koji" recommended restaurant that is not a chain restaurant (≧∀≦). It has a modern atmosphere with downlights. I ate at the counter. They use locally produced ingredients, and of course they have sake that is unique to Miyagi, and rare items that are difficult to obtain. The appetizer was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo... I made a mistake (-_-;) The thick-sliced Cow tongue, marinated in koji, is soft and flavorful, and the Kinka mackerel has just the right amount of fat and is well-seasoned, which goes well with sake ♡ I dipped the sashimi in koji soy sauce and ate it... The rolled omelet also came with their recommended "koji", so for a moment I was craving soy sauce ☆ The beef hoe grilled with mulberry leaves (cooked from a farm tool) was soft and chewy, and the rich flavor and sweetness of the koji made my appetite accelerate. I said it... I couldn't resist... Do you have rice? Of course! Although rice was not on the menu, I managed to finish the beef horu kuwayaki bowl (´艸｀). Aaaah!! I went over my calorie limit (lol). Cow tongue in the photo is half-eaten. It was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo...it's dangerous (-_-;)
