2019年2月27日。水曜日。
「丁屋」さんでカツカレーを食べて、腹ごなしにデパ地下をウロウロ。
カラダとココロは肉で満たされているので、晩飯は魚だねー、などと思っていたら「北辰」さんで「キンキの煮付け1280円」を発見。
しかも残り2尾。
エスパルやテクテの北辰さんにはよくうかがうのですが、キンキの煮付けは初めて見ました。
お三越様だからか、はたまた旬なのか。
しかも安い。
そしてデカい。
ということで、迷わずゲットいたしました。
ついでに「比内地鶏の煮卵2個108円」も一緒にゲット。
さてさておうちで実食です。
もちろん傍らには日本酒です。
あとはキンピラやらおひたしで充分。
なにしろ主役の存在感がデカすぎる。
キンキの煮付けは少しお酒を足してフライパンで温めました。
身がホクホク。
そしてとろーり。
アチコチ美味い。
味付けも濃すぎずちょーどいー。
まるごと1尾。
コラーゲンもたっぷり摂取。
プチ贅沢いたしました。
ごちそうさまでした。
