出張の折にオヤジ6人で利用しました。取引先
だろうが何だか、異種格闘技の世界です。店は
仙台勤務の同僚が予約してくれました。暖簾をく
ぐり階段を2階へ上がると店の入口です。18時半
頃に着くと10人くらいのお客さんが入口で渋滞
していました。なかなか繁盛している店のよう
です。
下駄箱に靴を入れ、予約を告げると個室に案内
されました。6人掛けのテーブルが置かれたゆっ
たりした空間です。予約の際に2H飲み放題付きの
コース(\6000)を注文しておいたそうで、飲み物
のチョイスからですが、文句なく生ビールで乾杯
からスタートします。もう初夏ですから乾杯して
飲むビールがとにかく旨い！
コースは以下の9品が出てきました。
・先付 胡麻豆腐
・前菜 ワラビお浸し、桜海老卵豆腐、鶏七味焼き
・向付 お造り
・強者 牛タン糀焼き
・揚物 アナゴ天ぷら
・箸休 カニ豆腐
・香物 野菜糀漬け
・食事 肉巻おにぎり
・甘味 こまプリン
どの料理も酒を飲むのに向いた料理ばかりです。
飲み物は、テーブルの上の呼出用のスイッチで
その都度注文しました。レスポンスはいいです。
メニューを見ると30種類くらいの日本酒が並んで
います。迷ってしまいますが、一杯目は「裏雅山流」
にしました。日本酒はいずれもグラスに注がれて
出されます。このお酒は安定した旨さです。前菜
をつまみにいただきます。
日本酒は種類も多いし、適当に飲んでいけばいい
かと思っていましたが、オヤジの一人がメニューの
中に「町田酒造」を発見したと報告してきました。
個人的に以前から是非飲みたいと思っていた酒です。
間髪を入れず注文します。
グラスに入った「町田酒造」を飲むと、ややガス
感が残るフレッシュ感があり酒の旨味も楽しめて美
味しいです。牛タンや天ぷらのような料理にも主張
できて負けていません。思った通り気に入って合わ
せて5杯も追加で飲んでしまいました。
「町田酒造」で結構グテングテンになった頃、〆
に出たのが、「肉巻おにぎり」(!!)、見た目のボリ
ューム感に唖然としながらも、かぶりつきます。
味が濃いので満腹感があっても入っちゃいます。
2時間タップリ日本酒も料理も堪能しました。
