東北一の歓楽街「国分町」も、ビルの上階や地下になると結構知らないお店も多し。
国分町呑み38年の我輩でも？（笑）、入れ替わるお店も多くて「おっ？」と思うことしばしば。
この晩は同業者の懇親会。
こちらのお店を紹介いただきました。
お店は国分町メインストリートに面した２F。
広めな玄関で靴を脱ぎ、入店。
なんとなく昭和初期をイメージしたような、長い廊下に仕切られた部屋。
※天井は仕切られておらず、板ふすまも適度な格子なので閉塞感はありません。
コースは料理8品、地酒含む飲み放題の内容。
日替わり３種、刺身、牛ロース炭火焼、冷しゃぶ、茄子の揚げ出し、太巻き、デザート
などなど。
一品一品が適度なタイミングで配膳され、しかも質良いが量少なめな大人（シルバーと
も言うか?笑！）な感じですね。
自分的には呑むとあまり食べないので、こんな量で十分でございます。
牛ロースの炭火焼は、なかなか美味しかった。
冷しゃぶもよかったですね。
ただ、お店は「牛たん」も売りのようです・・・コースに何故含めないの？？
これ絶対にトム的には理解できないのね。
売りの一品は少なくてもいいが、絶対にコースには含めるべきだと思うが・・・。
ビール、ハイボール、地酒と愉しんだのですが、アルコール・ラストオーダー時間が
90分？ 100分経過あたりで・・・おしまい！（笑）
これは最近多いのだが、ど～かなぁ？ 店の懐、腹が見えますので・・・・↓
120分コースならば、せめて10分前がラストオーダーじゃん？
「総本家やまこう」さんなんか太っ腹ですよぉ！
無難にサービス（接客）重視の店として活用かな？ そんな感想。
