This is Wine Bar located just off the arcade in the center of Sendai City. We had all-you-can-drink wine here for a cheap price. The menu consisted of about two courses, which was certainly enough for people who drink a lot of alcohol. However, these days, you just install an app and order from a URL...I don't get asked for last order, and I don't have any interaction with the staff, which makes me sad...
