December Wednesday As usual, I spent Christmas and Christmas alone. But it's about time... I thought it would be good to have a little bit of that every once in a while! So, it's completely different from what I think, but I wanted to experience that kind of atmosphere... "Omachi Nidaime Kogoro"♪ This year, I invited S-san, who has really taken care of me both in my private and professional life, outside of Christmas, and she made the arrangements (*´∀`)♪ This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Chinese medicine beef, which is rare even in the country♪ In the advance review by My F-sama, it was one of the restaurants I wanted to take a woman to someday (*'▽') Apparently, this beef has a low melting point and melts in your mouth... slurp slurp (;´Д`) I asked S-san two weeks ago and made a reservation! I was really looking forward to this day. I LINEd S-san just before changing to the Tozai Line at Sendai Station, and it seemed like S-san was nearby. After exchanging a few messages, we discovered that we were on the same subway (lol). We met on the platform at Nishikoen after getting off the train, and I chuckled, saying that we should have arranged to meet at Sendai Station instead (^o^;) As we were talking, we walked for 5 minutes and arrived at the restaurant. The restaurant is built like a single-family home, and the atmosphere is already very stylish from the entrance. There are counter seats and box seats on the first floor, and private rooms on the second floor. Goro and his friends were shown to a very relaxing private room on the second floor. We had made a reservation for a course meal tonight, but the prices of the a la carte dishes were more reasonable than we expected♪ There is an extensive drink menu, and those are also reasonably priced. Now, here is today's course. <Appetizers> Vinegared offal, tofu, and kakuteki <Vegetables> Fresh stick salad (with sake lees-pickled miso) <Meat> Grilled yukhoe, inner thigh, chicken thigh, koji-pickled heart and cheek, liver, small intestine, skirt steak, shiitake mushrooms, striped tuna, sirloin, misuji <Final rice> Herbal rice <Beef bowl> Oxtail soup <Palate cleanser> Yuzu sorbet I was told, "You can choose whether you want to grill the meat yourself, or have the staff grill it for you," so without any hesitation I decided to have them grill it for me ♪ After all, it's best to have the staff, who are very knowledgeable about this meat, grill it for you! And the staff member who cooked it for us was so cute (*´ω`*) Even though S-san was there, I told myself (this is not right, it's for future reference) and actively talked to her and she taught me how to cook it (lol) All the meat was delicious, of course, but the last three were the most memorable♪ The top three, Shimacho, Sirloin, and Misuji, were amazing!! It was as amazing as the AKD clean-up from Seibu's golden age!! It doesn't really make sense when you hear that it has a low melting point, but the texture is something you only get when you put it in your mouth♪ The staff member also smiled wryly at the smile of delight that came out of my mouth (^o^;) Because it's so delicious. I can't help but react like thisΨ( ̄∇ ̄)Ψ According to the staff member, the cuts served vary depending on the day. But today's course was one where you could fully enjoy Kampo beef♪ There is also a beef sukiyaki course... that's also quite interesting~. The drinks are delicious, even the ice is fresh, and even the private rooms have a call button inside and air conditioning, so it's super comfortable! When I left, the owner chef and the staff saw me off until I was out of sight (*^^*) It's been a while since I was able to have a relaxing meal at such a nice restaurant. S-san seemed satisfied too...♪ She is a very important guest to Goro, so I'm really glad I decided on this place. I'd definitely like to come back and have Yakiniku (Grilled meat) by myself next time (*'∀') I'd like to thank My F for the previous review, and this is my last review of the year (lol) It's been a year with a lot going on, but everyone at My F has been so kind to me. I hope next year will be a wonderful year for everyone. Finally, thank you for the meal tonight!!
