季節はめぐり、ほやの生きの良いのを食べたくなりこちらへ。産直の養殖ほやを、朝採りで提供されているとのこと、開店直後に入りましたが満席に近い状況。カウンター席に案内頂きました。
一番のおすすめ
活ほやの刺身 880円
を頂きました。突き出しはほやのヴィシソワーズ、初めての体験ですが、良い香りとほやの食感が細かく残る感じが美味しい。
ほやは、さすがの鮮度、下処理も完璧で文句なし！真水に浸さない等、こだわりをもって提供されているということで、これは苦手な人でも食べられるのでは！？と思います。
お酒は単価高めなので、日本酒の飲み放題をおすすめします。ほやにはやっぱりポン酒でしょう。
