仙台出張の夜。地元の同僚からこちらのお店を紹介された。自分なら牛タンになってたやろうな。お店は雑居ビルにあるいわゆる居酒屋。まずはほやの刺身ということで出てきた。TVでは見た事あったけどこれがほやか。見た目は赤貝みたいやけど。その前にビール。そしてほや。予想に反して結構やらかい。それと最後に少しほろ苦い感じ。これは食べてみないとわからんかったなあ。ビールを飲み干して2杯目からは東北の日本酒。十四代とあとは名前忘れた。日本酒とほやのほろ苦さが合う。このあとほやの唐揚げも出た。こちらの方が食感がしっかりして個人的には好き。ともかく貴重な体験が出来ました。Kさん、ありがとう。
