We went to this stylish restaurant in the back alley of the Electric Power Building! When you go down the stairs to the basement, you will find a white-themed space. The only men there were the staff and me, and it was packed with women! I definitely recommend going with a woman. The staff didn't pay much attention to their surroundings, and it was so noisy around that they didn't even come to take our order even when we called from our seats. It's a shame, considering how stylish it is. The drinks and food were average!
