ランチで訪問。
こちら南町通に面している仙建ビルの地下にあります。
ランチ時を過ぎてますし賑わいは無い模様。覗いてみますとカウンターが空いているようなので入店。
大将はカウンターの先客さんと会話しながら握っております。
なるほど、握りは大将お一人なんですね。
椿1.5/2,200円をオーダー。
少し長期戦になりました。
カウンターの先客さんのお相手が終わって、次かな？と思っていたら、何と奥の座敷に先客さん2名様の分のを握り始められました。
ま、順番ですから致し方無し。
そうしておりますと、まずは茶碗蒸しが提供されまさした。熱々です。美味しいです。
食べ終わる頃にやっと私の番がやってきました。
目の前に角皿を置かれ、握って行きます、とのこと。
なんと、大将、握るの早っ！しかも、一貫一貫に醤油を塗布してくれています。
早くても丁寧に握られています。
全12貫なのに、4貫食べ終わったときには残り8貫が皿にできておりました(笑)
私が食べるのが遅いのか？
まぁ、でもしっかり丁寧に握られております。
酢飯はあっさり系かな。
特筆すべきネタはありませんでしたが、全体的に満足致しまさした。
