仙台旅行牡蠣を食べるのを楽しみに此方へ。
カキフライ、シチュー、３種盛りと食べてみました。
全てのお料理の牡蠣はスチームしてから調理してるのでしょうか…
牡蠣のジューシーさが全くない。
カキフライも…
シチューもスープには牡蠣の風味は全くなし
一番美味しかったのは３種盛り。
