友人の予約で、ディナーコースを個室で頂きました。
メニュー

・カンパーニュ、ヨーグルトムース
・フォアグラ、蕗、仙台味噌
・鰆、うるい、春菊
・鴨肉、ビーツのソース
・デザートに酒粕と柚子で出来たアイス
・ミニャルディーズ という食後の菓子
印象に強く残っているものは、まず蛤とJapanXと菜の花のお料理です。蛤は大きく風味豊か、菜の花も良い歯応えがあり、スープは旨みが凝縮されています。
また、鰆は身がふわふわ、脂も乗っており、野菜もシャキシャキでした。
鴨肉のステーキ?はレアで仕上がっており、ビーツのソースとよく合います。とても柔らかく焼かれており、驚きました。
とてもめでたい日にはまた利用するかもしれません。
僕にとってはコースの待ち時間が胃を落ち着かせてしまい、帰る時には満腹でした（笑）
