4800円のランチをいただきました
メインのお魚、お肉は量がしっかりで
東北の素材をつかってらっしゃり
しかもデザートはパフェをチョイスという
お腹も気持ちもいっぱいになるコース
ワインは(この日いただいたものは)
1000円を超えず、
美味しく、
そしてステムの華奢なワイングラスでいただけて
お値段以上にいい空間を味わえました
仙台レベル高いですね、
また行きたい

正直、付き出しがフライでして
個人的にはずっしりきてしまったのですが、、
アグーを登根に連れてきてエゴマを食べて育ったと言う、こちらの豚がとても美味しかった
人生で食べた中でいちばんじゃないかと思うくらい
全体的に大人な味付けな気がしました
素材の苦味のあるものは、そこは消さず活かしながらのような
いいですね、すきです
ちなみにパフェは
いちごのミルフィーユ、ミックスベリーとパンナコッタ、
というのもありました
パフェのときに、もういちど泡を飲みたくなったけど
食後の用事をふまえて、ぐっとがまん。。
次回は最後までワインを飲みたいものです
