金曜のお昼に予約して訪問。ドンキの横の雑居ビルの地下に突然お洒落な店が。
我々以外は女性の集まりでカウンターは満席。店内の雰囲気もちょっと暗めで良い感じ。
4,800円のランチコースに2,600円のワインペアリングをオーダー。
メニューには素材のみしか記載せず、どんな料理かはお楽しみとのこと。
パンはカンパーニュで、バターではなくヨーグルトと生クリームを混ぜて一晩熟成したものを付けて食べる。
あっさりしていて、いくらでも食べれそう。
アミューズは南三陸の真蛸とイブリガッコの揚げもの、リードヴォー。
リードヴォーは牛なのに鶏に近い味で、こちらも癖がなく美味しい。
次にそら豆とズワイガニの冷たいスープに、大船渡の牡蠣のメレンゲが乗ったもの。
上品だけど素材の味はしっかり味わえて美味しい。
魚は焼きサワラにつるむらさき（蔵王）、ルッコラが彩っており、全部美味しい。
肉は荏胡麻豚（色麻）を低温調理したもので、生っぽく見えるけどしっかり火は入っているとのこと。
ちょっと香ばしいモロッコインゲンと共に食べると最高。ソースも素晴らしい。
デザートはパフェ。イチゴのミルフィーユとマンゴーとチーズケーキを選択。
量が多い！笑
次回から半分にしてもらおうっと。
最後に蔵王のレモングラスでハーブティーを。
店員さんに、ニラみたいでしょと言われ、みんなそれ思ってるって心の中で。
また名店を見つけたなぁ。
