やまもと特製マグロ漬け丼 ８８０円 やまもと（勾当台公園駅）
これこそ安い早い旨いだな。
漬けと云うには浅く、まぐろぶつ切りタレ和えとかマリネがイメージに近い。
マグロが臭くないからあっさりいくらでも食べられそうだ。
タレは胡麻油が香るが韓国海苔をタレに入れるのかね、
某有名メーカーさんのお茶漬け海苔のような旨味も感じられた。
一味唐辛子が適度に利いていて旨いや。
ただ、色々不満はあって、入った時、お店の中が生臭かったり、
箸が細めだから漬け丼のご飯が掴み難くかったり、
食後は温かいお茶が飲みたいところだったり。
臭い消して、匙を置いて、温かいお茶と湯吞みを置いてと、
改善出来たらこのお店 百名店確実なんだろけどな。
