リニューアルオープンした仙台駅の地下1階にある食料品売り場を覗いてみました。
今までとは違い、スーパーマーケットとして成城石井さんがフロアーの多くを陣取っていました。
新幹線内で頂く夕御飯を食べておこうとお店を一回りしましたが、気に入った商品は無く、成城石井さんの外を探します。
すると、韓美膳さんを発見しました。
巻き寿司が目に付いて近寄ってみると、良さそうな品揃えです。
7種具材の野菜キンパを購入しました。
7種の具材を入れた韓国風海苔巻きです。
お値段は割り引きがあり450円位です。
これにも心惹かれました。
新幹線で頂くと、具材は、沢庵、高菜、ゴボウ、人参、玉子焼き、具入りはんぺん、カニカマの7種です。
沢庵が主張していますが、全体の味を決めているのは、人参の自然の甘さだと思います。
美味しい海苔巻きでした。
美味しいキンパとビールを頂いていると、移動時間がアっという間に過ぎていきました。
